Purpose of Position: To implement a marketing strategy of organization’s products. Manage the existing product line, brand establishment and also new product launching.
Job Description:
- Providing training, product knowledge, and direction to the field sales team to ensure that they are well equipped with SWOT analysis of product line (strength, weakness, opportunities, and threats) and guiding them to tap the opportunities and growth in the product sale.
- Work with cross-functional teams like medical affairs, learning and development team, research and development in the process.
- Developing brand plans/strategies for the product range along with market penetration strategy along with market research and competitor analysis.
- Creating brand inputs for promotion like digital campaigns like website or app launch or webinar series, etc.
- Conducting meetings, conferences, and ensuring brand visibility in the target client segment of the pharmaceutical industry
- Motivating sales team members by organizing training, giving award and recognition
- Generate product forecasting, new product pipeline strategy, new product pre-launch, and launch strategy and post-launch
- Initiatives new strategy and recommendations for product growth to increase revenue.
- Check the efficiency of the implemented product development and marketing strategies
- Recommend product enhancements to identify new market opportunities
- Support the team to improve an existing product’s marketing campaigns or developing new products fit for the company.
- Monitoring tasks involved in marketing, sales and production
- Analyze competitive marketplace and industry trends to accordingly develop business strategies for revenue generation.
- Prepare the product position and product detailing
Educational Qualification needed for the position: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy/ nursing or any related field with significant work experience.
