Oncology Product Specialist – Davao

Key Responsibilities:

Product Promotion and Education:

  • Conduct product presentations and educational sessions to healthcare professionals, including oncologists, hematologists, nurses, and pharmacists.
  • Deliver comprehensive product information, clinical data, and therapeutic insights to support informed decision-making by healthcare providers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key healthcare influencers within the oncology community.

 

Territory Management:

  • Develop and implement strategic territory plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts, including hospitals, clinics, and cancer treatment centers, for product promotion and sales activities.
  • Continuously assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies and tactics accordingly.

 

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders in the oncology ecosystem.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, marketing, and sales operations, to align strategies and optimize customer engagement.

 

Training and Development:

  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in oncology treatments, clinical research, and regulatory requirements.
  • Attend training sessions, conferences, and educational events to enhance product knowledge and professional skills.
  • Act as a resource and mentor to colleagues, providing guidance and support as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, with a focus on oncology products.
  • Strong understanding of oncology disease states, treatment modalities, and therapeutic pathways.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the oncology market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
